Termini e condizioni

Effective Date: 2026. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ToolsTier governing your access to and utilization of our web applications, utilities, and documentation. By accessing or utilizing any part of the site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Services

ToolsTier provides web-delivered document and raster graphics transformation utilities that execute locally within client browser runtimes. All capabilities are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, devoid of warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific operational purpose, or defect-free uninterrupted availability.

2. Permitted & Authorized Utilization

Users are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the utilities for:

• Personal, academic, and non-commercial document organization and conversion.
• Legitimate commercial and enterprise administrative workflows involving proprietary documents or files for which you hold explicit processing authorization.
• Full compliance with all relevant international copyright treaties, data protection regulations, and digital transmission laws.

3. Prohibited Exploitation & Misuse

You agree not to deploy ToolsTier tools for any of the following unauthorized activities:

• Processing documents that infringe upon third-party patents, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets.
• Fabricating signatures, manipulating legal deeds, or forging credentials for deceptive or fraudulent purposes.
• Utilizing redaction or face-blurring modules to obfuscate criminal evidence or violate personal privacy statutes.
• Attempting to probe, decompile, or launch automated scraping pipelines against website assets without explicit written authorization.

4. Document Responsibility & Local Processing Indemnity

Because ToolsTier processes files client-side without server-side inspection or oversight, you retain sole legal responsibility for the veracity, legality, and consequences of all documents submitted to the suite. Always retain unedited master backups of mission-critical business records prior to compression or destructive redaction.

5. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by enforceable jurisprudence, ToolsTier and its operators disclaim all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from operational disruptions, document corruption, missed business filing deadlines, or computational inaccuracies during in-browser file manipulation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The ToolsTier brand identity, visual style guides, bespoke UI assets, and underlying software source code are the exclusive intellectual property of ToolsTier, protected by international copyright laws. Document inputs and resulting file outputs remain the exclusive, sovereign property of the respective user.

7. Modifications of Terms & Services

We reserve the right to revise or update these terms at our sole discretion. Any modifications take effect immediately upon publication to this page. Continued interaction with ToolsTier following posted amendments constitutes affirmative acceptance of the revised Terms.

Fair Usage Policy & Automated Scraping Prohibitions

ToolsTier utilities are provided exclusively for interactive human operation via modern graphical web browsers. Deploying automated scraping pipelines, denial-of-service stress testing, or wrapping ToolsTier endpoints into commercial white-label wrappers without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Software Interoperability & Accuracy Disclaimer

Given the immense diversity of proprietary PDF extensions, legacy font encodings, and corrupted scans, ToolsTier makes exhaustive engineering efforts to preserve visual and semantic layout fidelity. However, users are encouraged to verify converted financial values and legal clauses before executing binding contracts or formal filings.

Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by international electronic commerce principles and applicable digital privacy regulations. Any dispute arising under these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith administrative consultation with ToolsTier technical counsel.

Severability, Entire Understanding, and Digital Service Continuity

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be deemed unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the complete and definitive understanding between the user and ToolsTier regarding digital document manipulation services.
